We've had a few weeks of pneumonia, flu and pink eye. Looks like Ian has flu now. Praying the tamiflu helps quickly! Yesterday, Ian was in the nurses office and asked if he knows his phone number. He said, "No, but I know lots about myself." Gotta love the confidence of a six-year-old.

It's a busy season for us. Tonight it's the St. Louis Blues vs. Dallas Stars, The Three Piggy Opera on Friday and ice skating lessons start on Monday. Oh yes, not to mention Mr. Bobby's 5th birthday on March 17th with Easter close behind.

Gini Lu was recently invited to a dress up birthday party for Brynn Sweet at a hair salon for little kids. The stylists painted her nails, put on makeup, and did her hair. Gini Lu chose her dress and accessories. Her reaction was too cute! She is rarely surrounded by such "girliness". Poor thing. She doesn't even own a single Disney princess movie. So glad that she can enjoy this in moderation.












































































































Valentine's Day was a fun one for the James Family. We celebrated as a family here at home on the 14th. We had Artichoke Chicken, Potatoes with Onions and Cream, and a fancy salad with toasted walnuts, blue cheese and a vinaigrette dressing. The kids and Suzanne made chocolate cupcakes with a creamy center filling and icing, of course. Bobby assembles the salad below and Ian is icing the cupcake.

Before we ate, the kids came out wearing Joseph's Valentine's Day presents. A new sports coat, dress shoes and a matching belt. (Suz got an iphone from Joseph.)



























The kids weren't neglected. They got what every kid would love. Guitar Hero for the Wii. Perfect....
We're already had a Guitar Hero party... The kids are content to rock on their air guitars. It's much harder than it looks. The Wii- not the air guitar.

So Gini Lu is using the potty. Have I told you she's potty trained? And Ian is video taping her on the potty. (I don't know why!) Gini Lu's favorite thing to call her daddy is a "Crazy Joker!" This day we get her on tape teasing her daddy. Usually these words are followed with tickling and chasing. I (Suzanne) tell Joseph that Gini Lu is talking trash to him because he's in the kitchen while she's doing her thing in the bathroom. Well, out of the mouth of babes.... enjoy this well documented media event.
